The Music Society is a member of Lewiston Auburn Metro Chamber of Commerce, the Maine Association of Non-Profits, and Chorus America.
SmART Management provides office and staff support to the Maine Music Society, including ticket sales, mailings, messaging, bookkeeping, and general interface to the public on a day-to-day basis.

The society is on the rosters of the Maine Arts Commission’s Touring Artist and Arts in Education programs.
